Welcome, MLAA Members!
Advancing quality education at Onondaga-Cortland-Madison BOCES
The Mid-Level Administrators’ Association (MLAA) brings together mid-level education administrators at Onondaga-Cortland-Madison BOCES.
We advance quality education through our professional work and provide a collective voice on employment matters affecting our bargaining unit. Our association works to help members understand their negotiated agreement, raise workplace concerns, and contribute to priorities for the future.
Member participation, clear communication, and accountable leadership help keep our association informed, organized, and responsive.
MLAA members lead programs and services supporting students, educators, and school districts through OCM BOCES and CNYRIC. Our professional work spans classroom instruction, student services, operational support, and technology.
Our membership provides leadership supporting the 23 school districts of OCM BOCES, and via the CNYRIC, 27 additional school districts in the Central New York area plus dozens of other school districts across NYS.
Programs in which we lead include:
Adult & Continuing Education
Career & Technical Education
Special Education
Innovative Education
Instructional Support Services
Management Services
Technology Services (CNYRIC)
